Over the last decade I've found that training men in groups will push you further than you can do alone. There's something deep that comes out of you when you see your friend pushing as hard as he can and you're right there with him. Men need camaraderie to bring out the greatest version of themselves. In our society we tend to lean into the lone wolf mentality but that's a limited mindset. Having other men who have your back and believe in you, can elevate your mindset and your life beyond measure. Now let's get into it...

The Details

We will cover all of these in the next 6 weeks!

  • Two group training sessions per week at my private facility. You will get coached by me to ensure you're executing each exercise with pristine form, and so you can push yourself beyond your limits.

  • A Pull up/Push up Competition and a partner conditioning competition.

  • A nutrition protocol for each person in the group to ensure you drop body fat and build muscle.

  • Two Group Hikes with Wim Hoff Breathing sessions to strengthen your cardiovascular system.

  • Two Group Cold Plunges For Muscle Recovery and Mental Fortitude

  • Daily accountability and support from coach Kenny and from the team.

  • Mobility Homework from Kenny's exclusive Exercise Library to keep your body moving well and feeling good!
